Semolina Bear Pizza

Directions:

  1. Activate yeast by stirring it with warm water and sugar. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Combine Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Cooking Oil, salt, Carrington Farms Semolina Flour, all-purpose flour, and Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax Seeds in a mixer. Knead on medium low speed for 10 minutes until the dough comes together.
  3. Lightly oil the dough and bowl, cover, and let it rest for about 2 hours or until doubled in size.
  4. Split the dough into three parts (1 large for the pizza and 2 small for the bear's ears). Roll out the pizza dough on a surface sprinkled  with the semolina flour and add the small dough balls as ears. Top with tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and fresh basil. 
  5. Bake at 475°F for approximately 15 minutes. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  6. Remove from the oven, use a piping bag with balsamic vinegar glaze to draw the bear's eyes and nose.
