Vegan Calamari

 

This keto-friendly meal is not only packed with everybody’s daily dietary needs, but it is also gluten-free and vegan.

Directions:

  1. Slice the Heart of Palms into 5-6 mm thick discs. The centers come apart automatically.
  2. Prepare two bowls, one with the Carrington Farms Keto Bread Crumbs and spices and one with the plant milk.
  3. Dip every heart of palm ring into the milk and then into the Carrington Farms Keto Bread Crumbs.
  4. Place the rings on an oiled baking sheet or air fryer basket and bake until golden (around 15 mins).
  5. For the dipping sauce, combine 1/2 cup sour cream with 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce.
