Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes until it becomes gel-like. 1 chia egg can replace one egg in baking recipes (double the recipe for 2 eggs).
- Chia Jam: Instead of pectin, make delicious jam with nutrient rich chia seeds! Simply mash fresh fruit with a fork and stir in 1 tsp chia seeds. Give the chia some time to swell up and thicken the jam. If it’s too loose, add more seeds.
