  • Chia Pudding: A deliciously nutritious breakfast, snack or dessert, simply add 2 Tbsp of Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds to ½ cup milk or plant-based milk, plus your choice of sweetener or flavoring if desired (honey, cocoa, matcha, etc.) and refrigerate overnight. Stir and enjoy!
  • Chia Egg: Looking for a vegan egg substitute for your baking recipes? Make a chia egg by combining 1 Tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds with ¼ cup water. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes until it becomes gel-like. 1 chia egg can replace one egg in baking recipes (double the recipe for 2 eggs).
  • Chia Jam: Instead of pectin, make delicious jam with nutrient rich chia seeds! Simply mash fresh fruit with a fork and stir in 1 tsp chia seeds. Give the chia some time to swell up and thicken the jam. If it’s too loose, add more seeds.
