  • WHAT IS XANTHAN GUM? It's an excellent binder & thickener that gives strength and elasticity to baked goods and thickens sauces and gravies. 
  • DIET-FRIENDLY Xanthan Gum is Keto & Paleo Friendly in addition to being Gluten Free!  It is a soluble fiber that adds no additional calories to your diet. 

    How to Use:

    • ½ teaspoon per cup gluten free flour for baking (a little more for bread, a little less for cookies).
    • ¼ teaspoon per cup of liquid to thicken gravy,dressing, sauce, etc. (slowly increase the amountof xanthan gum to increase to desired thickness).
    • 2 teaspoons per cup of flour for pizza crust

    Reseal pouch tightly and store in a cool dry place.

    How Can I Make Gluten Free Flour using Xanthan Gum?


    • 1 ½ cups brown rice flour
    • ½ cup potato starch
    • ¼ cup white rice flour
    • ¼ cup tapioca flour
    • 1 tsp xanthan gum

    Blend ingredients and store in a secure container in a dry place.
