How to Use:
- ½ teaspoon per cup gluten free flour for baking (a little more for bread, a little less for cookies).
 - ¼ teaspoon per cup of liquid to thicken gravy,dressing, sauce, etc. (slowly increase the amountof xanthan gum to increase to desired thickness).
